RJC policy

1. 商業道德:在所有商業活動中,秉持誠實、公平、透明的原則,堅決反對任何形式的賄賂、腐敗、洗錢、欺詐和不正當競爭行為,維護良好的商業道德環境。

  1. Business Ethics: In all business activities, adhere to the principles of honesty, fairness and transparency, resolutely oppose any form of bribery, corruption, money laundering, fraud and unfair competition, and maintain a good business ethics environment.

2.社會責任:尊重員工權益,提供安全、健康的工作環境,保障平等就業機會,不雇傭童工、反對歧視和強迫勞動;積極參與社區發展,履行企業社會責任。

  1. 3.環境和可持續發展:致力於減少珠寶業務對環境的影響,通過資源節約、污染防治和可持續發展措施,保護自然資源和生態平衡。

  1. Environment and Sustainable Development: Committed to reducing the environmental impact of the jewelry business, we protect natural resources and ecological balance through resource conservation, pollution prevention and control, and sustainable development measures.

4.供應鏈盡職調查:建立金、銀供應鏈追溯、盡職調查和風險評估等管理機制,確保整個供應鏈符合RJC負責任珠寶指南以及經濟合作與發展組織(OECD)發佈的《經濟合作與發展組織關於來自受衝突影響和高風險區域的礦石的負責任供應鏈盡責管理指南》。

  1. Supply Chain Due Diligence: Establish management mechanisms for traceability, due diligence, and risk assessment in gold and silver supply chains to ensure the entire supply chain complies with the RJC Code of Practices for Responsible Jewellery and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas issued by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

5.產品披露:建立產品檔案,記錄產品的型號,類別,規格,成品重量,材質和產品描述。真實披露產品本身特性,不做誤導或欺騙性的陳述。

  1. Product Disclosure: Establish product files to record the model, category, specification, finished product weight, material and product description of the products. Disclose the inherent features of the product truthfully and do not make misleading or deceptive statements.
